Q: Where do I find competent craftsmen?
A: There are several possibilities here, depending on how 'hand-on' you wish to be. At one extreme you can select only the geometra, and then let the geometra choose all the craftsmen for you. At the other extreme you can select the plumber, the electrician, the groundworker, the tiler, the window-maker, the painter/decorater, etc, etc. yourself - and let the geometra sort out the communications between them all.
A middle course is probably the best one: let the geometra choose, except where you have a good reason (based on price, for example, or on personal recommendation) to do so yourself.
