Q: Are any of these vineyards working vineyards, producing wine for sale?
A: Usually not. Vineyards with working wineries are not often offered for sale - and those that are tend to be expensive. It is more usual to buy a vineyard without all the wine-making equipment, which is then purchased as and when required. There is a thriving second-hand market in Piedmont for second-hand vineyard equipment, so overall this can work out the much cheaper option.
