Casa Beroit is recently-renovated vineyard farmhouse enjoying a sunny position surrounded by gentle hills and Barbera vineyards. It is located on a quiet minor road just 1 Km (0.7 mile) from Costigliole with its impressive castle. The town provides good day-to-day shopping facilities plus various other services, and also has a large public pool.

Costigliole is located in the heart of the wine and truffle region, 15 minutes to either Alba or Asti. It is strategically located for exploration of the Italian Lakes, the Swiss and French Alps, and the Italian Riviera, all of which can be reached in 1 to 2 hours. The property is 15 minutes from the motorway, and the international airports of Milan, Turin and Genoa can be reached within 60 to 90 minutes.
