The Grounds: also include a formal walled garden on the side of the house featuring various shrubs and trees. A roofed barbeque and sitting area is a favourite entertaining place in the summer. There is also a well-stocked orchard containing sweet chestnut trees and several different fruits including fig, multiple varieties of apple, peach, plum, cherry and persimmon.
