The new vineyard is understood to be in excellent condition. The average yearly harvest is expected to be 30,000 kg. The grapes can be pressed in the estate's own wine cellar.

The Grounds: also include a formal walled garden on the side of the house featuring various shrubs and trees. A roofed barbeque and sitting area is a favourite entertaining place in the summer. There is also a well-stocked orchard containing sweet chestnut trees and several different fruits including fig, multiple varieties of apple, peach, plum, cherry and persimmon.
