Situation : This very spacious country house, which was built around 1850, is situated on a sunny hillside on the edge of a busy town, one of the commercial centres of the South Piedmontese wine trade. Big companies like Gancia and Riccadonna as well as famous wine producers are located nearby. The vineyard: 3 ha (7.5 acres) of the grounds are given over to a very sought-after vineyard, producing 50% Moscato DOC and 50% Barbera DOC. The annual grape harvest is about 30 tonnes (30,000 kg) and is currently sold.

The House : is built in three sections arranged in a U-shape: the main accommodation is located within the longer side, the opposite side houses a 12 x 8 m (40 x 26 ft )stable, and the section connecting the two is occupied a 26 x 7.5m (86 x 25 ft) garage/portico/hayloft. These three sections enclose a sunny and sheltered courtyard. The total floor space of the building is about 1,000 sq. m (10,000 sq. ft).

The ground floor of the main part of the house has a spacious hall, five large, bright high-ceilinged rooms, including a kitchen, and a bathroom. The largest room is the living room, featuring an open fireplace and measuring 5.1 x 9m (approx. 17 x 30 ft). There is access from the ground floor to a huge wine cellar and a cantina. The first floor has three large bedrooms and a bathroom, and the second floor includes two more spacious bedrooms.
