Sporting facilities: There are a number of golf courses in Southern Piedmont. The one nearby, "Margara" near Felizzano, can be reached by car in 20 minutes. Horse riding is also very popular, and there are good riding facilities in the area. The nearest Tennis courts can be found in Nizza Monferrato and Canelli. The beaches of the Riviera are one hour's drive away.

Our personal opinion: This property is not only very conveniently located just outside Nizza Monferrato but is also extremely versatile. Having two independent units, it is ideal either as a main residence with a separate letting facility, or as a large home for an extended family, or as a shared investment by two (or more) partners. The property does not require further renovation.
