Cascina Belle Rose is a traditional Piedmontese farmhouse located in a very private position with panoramic views over Barbera vineyards to the Monferrato hills beyond. Near to a village with shops and many excellent restaurants as well as a 27-hole golf club, Cascina Belle Rose is about 12 km east of the historic town of Asti, famous throughout the world for its sparkling wines. The coast of Liguria can be reached within 60 minutes, and both Turin and Genoa airports are about 90 minutes away.
This spacious farmhouse has been restored to a very high standard and provides many comforts. The property has many traditional Piedmontese features including original vaulted ceilings, exposed beam ceilings and exposed brickwork. The entrance gates are approached by a long private gravel driveway with vineyards on either side. The property provides 300 sq.m. of living space, and is set within 20 hectares (50 acres) of land including ample flat grounds with open views of the Monferrato hills.

The ground floor consists of a large, original kitchen with a table for 6 people, a bathroom, a cantina, and a very large open-plan lounge with fireplace. The original and spacious English dining table can easily accommodate up to 12 people.
The first floor comprises two large bedrooms each with a double bed, a large studio with a high ceiling, and a luxury bathroom with private terrace - all restored to a very high standard. Vaulted ceilings and exposed beamed ceilings are a feature throughout the property.
The second floor has two large rooms for independent guest accommodation. One is a large living room with a wood stove, and the second is a bedroom with twin beds.
A video-recorder and DVD, as well as a cradle for infants, are available for the use of guests.

Terms and Conditions
All rentals start on Saturday (check-in time after 3:00 pm, check-out time before 10:00 am). Minimum period one week. For rental periods of over one month, reduced rates apply - please contact the owner for details.

Prices include heating, electricity, water and alarm security, but 50 Euro should be added for final cleaning.
A security deposit of 500 Euro is required. No other additional fees apply. Keys will be supplied on arrival.
